The Government of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Investing in Forests and Protected Areas for Climate Smart Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreements (FAs) for supply of eucalyptus firewood concluded through this RFB Primary Procurement process.

The Government of Uganda (GOU) represented by the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) received financing from the World Bank (WB) towards the cost of the implementation of 2 (two) projects:- (i) Irrigation for Climate Resilience Project (ICRP), and (ii) Integrated Water Management & Development Project (IWMDP).
