Clarification on pre-bid site visit and pre- bid conference

The Republic of Uganda has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Irrigation Schemes Development Project in Unyama, Namalu and Sipi Regions, Uganda, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Unyama Irrigation Scheme Infrastructure and Facilities in Gulu and Amuru Districts.

The Ministry of Water and Environment now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Unyama Irrigation Scheme Infrastructure and Facilities in Gulu and Amuru Districts.

The Government of Uganda has prioritized provision of bulk water supply infrastructure for multipurpose usage in numerous parts of the country as well as increasing functionality of the existing ones. To consolidate these efforts, the Government of Uganda intends to undertake Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Design for Nakasongola, Kayunga, Masindi, Nakaseke and Luweero Bulk Water Supply System Infrastructure and Facilities. The bulk water supply project is to draw water from Lake Kyoga and supply Nakasongola, Kayunga, Masindi, Nakaseke and Luweero Districts.

The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Water and Environment has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Irrigation for Climate Resilience Project (ICRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payment for Supply of Twenty-Five (25) Motorcycles.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

ABRIDGED NOTICE OF EOIs FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR COMPLIMENTARY FEASIBILITY STUDY AND DESIGN FOR THE PROPOSED WATER STORAGE AND IRRIGATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PROC REFERENCE NO: MWE/CONS/22-23/00018

The Republic of Uganda has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Integrated Water Management and Development Project (IWMDP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Civil Works for Construction of Solar Powered Piped Water Supply and Sanitation Systems in three (3) LOTS.

The Government of Uganda represented by the Ministry  of Water and Environment    has requested and secured a grant from the Agence   franc’aise    de Developpement     ("AFD),   and intends to use part of the funds  thereof  for  Consultancy  Services  for  Complementary   Feasibility  Study  and  Design  for  the proposed Water Storage and Irrigation Development Project (WSIDP).
