The Ministry of Water and Environment recommits to implementi ng the NRM manifesto 2016-2021 by strengthening the monitoring and enforcement of the water permit conditions to reverse the pollution of our water and environment resources, increase access to clean and safe water to 100% through construction of various water supply faciliti es including rain water harvesti ng and increase access to safe and clean piped water to all Ugandans especially women and children.
