CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF LARGE SOLAR POWERED WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION SYSTEMS IN 32 RGCs

Currently, the World Bank IDA has approved a loan to finance the Integrated Water Management and Development Project (IWMDP). Under the IWMDP, funds have been earmarked for construction supervision, construction works as well as the implementation of full scale source protection measures for large solar powered water supply systems.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF KABUYANDA IRRIGATION SCHEME INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES

The Government through the Ministry of Water and Environment with financial assistance from the World Bank is undertaking implementation of the Irrigation for Climate Resilience Project. The project will establish irrigation and drainage infrastructure in Kabuyanda and Matanda in Isingiro, and Kanungu districts respectively.

Advert-Construction Supervision

H.E the President of Uganda through his letter Ref: PO/10 dated 26th October 2018, directed the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and Ministry of Water and Environment to work with M/S Nexus Green Ltd of the United Kingdom to secure financing from UK Export Finance to purchase solar pumps from the latter Company aimed at the development of solar-powered water supply systems across the country.

SUPPLY OF HYDROMETRIC EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING ACCESSORIES AND INSTALLATION, BASE STATION AND SOFTWARE FOR UGANDA

The Republic of Uganda has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Integrated Water Management and Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for supply of Hydrometric and water quality equipment and associated accessories.

SUPPLY OF PIPES AND FITTINGS TO THE UMBRELLA OF WATER AND SANITATION AUTHORITIES BASED IN LIRA, KYENJOJO, MBALE, KABALE AND WAKISO. PROJECT ID: P163782

The Republic of Uganda has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Integrated Water Management and Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under Call –off Contracts that may be awarded under Framework Agreement (FA) for the supply of Pipes and Fittings.

Procurement of Rice Value Addition Equipment Issued Out

The Government of Uganda has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Farm Income Enhancement and Forestry Conservation Programme -Project-2 (FIEFOC- 2). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Rice Value Addition Equipment: 30No Rice Threshers (25No portable engine powered rice threshers and 5No Heavy-duty engine powered Rice threshers), 25No Rice Reapers and 5No Walking Tractors.
