Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Branded Pillars and Mark Stones to Demarcate Critical Wetlands
The Ministry of Water and Environment has allocated funds for Supply of branded Pillars for the Demarcation of critical wetlands in selected districts.
The Entity invites sealed bids for the provision of the above supplies. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
Successful bidders should not have conflict of interest in relation to the subject of the procurement, should not be suspended by PPDA, and must demonstrate legal capacity to contract. Bidders should also provide evidence of being a local provider. "Local provider" means a provider registered in Uganda whose majority ownership is held by Ugandan citizens. Documents to be submitted in the bid as proof of eligibility to be a local provider include; Return of Allotment of Shares; and copies of the national identity cards or passports of the majority shareholders.
