The Government of Uganda with support from the World Bank is implementing the Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfer (UGIFT) has allocated funds to be utilised by Ministry of Water and Environment for the acquisition of consultancy services to redesign and upgrade the Water Supply Database, for automated data management of rural water supply and sanitation at national, regional, district and sub county levels for better service delivery.

The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development – Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible consultancy firms to provide the aforementioned services.
