The Ministry of Water and Environment Officials inspected the construction works of Bukedea GFS in Bukedea District. Due to the size of the Project, Bukedea Gravity Flow Scheme is being implemented in 3 phases.

Phase I will supply Kolir, Aminit and Kamutar sub counties in Bukedea District. Bwikhonge, Nabbongo, Mayembe, Bulambuli Town Council Bakhalu and Buyaga sub counties in Bulambuli District. Bukiise sub county and parts of Sironko Town Council in Sironko districtPhase ll will supply Malera sub county in Bukedea District.Phase lll will supply Kidongole and Kachumbala sub counties in Bukedea district and some parts of Kween District.
