During the commissioning of Bukwo Large Gravity Flow Scheme (LGFS)

The scheme will distribute clean, safe and affordable water to communities in the 6 sub-counties Kortek Kabei, Riwo, Kamet, Tulel  Chesower and Bukwo Town council in Bukwo District to address the problem of water scarcity and accelerate production.

We thank the Government of the Republic of Uganda and African Development Bank through the Ministry's Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department for constructing this system that will serve 33,113 people up to 2032.
