PROCUREMENT OF PROJECT SUPPORT TEAM (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS) FOR THE INTEGRATED WATER MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (REFERENCE NO.MWE/CONS/21-22/00033)

The Government of Uganda (GoU) has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Integrated Water Management and Development Project (IWMDP). The project development objective (PDO) is to improve access to water supply and sanitation services, capacity for integrated water resources management and the operational performance of water and sanitation service providers in the IWMDP Project areas. 

The Government of Uganda (GOU) represented by the Ministry of Water and Environment (MWE) together with the National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) are presently implementing the Integrated Water Management and Development Project (IWMDP) with financing from the World Bank. Implementation of the IWMDP commenced in January 2019 and is presently scheduled to end by 2nd December 2024.

According to the IWMDP Project Appraisal Document (PAD) and Financing Agreement for the IWMDP, a Project Support Team (PST) shall be established under Component 4 to support implementation of the Project and one of the staff required under the PST is a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist (this is a local post for a Ugandan National).
