European Union established the “Emergency Trust Fund for stability and addressing the root cause of irregular Migration and Displaced Persons in Africa “(EU-TF). The Support Programme to the Refugee Settlements and Host Communities in Northern Uganda (SPRS-NU) targets the refugee settlements plus host communities in the refugee hosting districts of Northern Uganda, including Adjumani, Arua, Yumbe and Kiryandongo.
