Busia Town Water Supply System (TWSS) is one of the projects that was designed under the previous WMDP but it was not funded. It is planned to be financed under the IWMDP. The ESIA for Busia TWSS was done in 2015 with NEMA approval and World Bank (WB) clearance secured in June 2016.
