Finance and Administration

The Finance and Administration Department is mandated to provide strategic leadership and oversight in the management of financial, human, and physical resources of the Ministry. Its core responsibility is to ensure that all financial and administrative operations are conducted in a transparent, accountable, and efficient manner, in line with national laws, policies, and regulations. 

This includes: 

1. Preparing and managing the Ministry’s budgets and financial reports 
2. Overseeing procurement and logistics management 
3. Administering human resource functions, including recruitment, training, and welfare 
4. Managing Ministry assets, facilities, and support services 
5. Ensuring compliance with government financial procedures and audit requirements. 

By fulfilling this mandate, the department ensures that the Ministry operates effectively, sustainably, and in alignment with its mission to serve the public interest.
