The Government of Uganda (GoU) has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Integrated Water Management and Development Project (IWMDP). The project development objective (PDO) is to improve access to water supply and sanitation services, capacity for integrated water resources management and the operational performance of water and sanitation service providers in the IWMDP Project areas. 

The Government of Uganda (GoU) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Irrigation for Climate Resilience Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for Extension Services and Improving Access to and Use of Quality Agricultural Inputs for Kabuyanda Irrigation Scheme in Isingiro District.

The Ministry of Water and Environment - Water for production Regional Centre-Central has allocated / received funds to be used for the acquisition of Construction of Tuura and Nabisojo valley tanks in Masindi and Nakasongola districts respectively.
